«Innovation and Technology Centre MOLNET» (ITC MOLNET) is a private company founded in 2007.

The company’s activities:

• Comprehensive informational and organizational support of government and private projects and programs;
• Software design and development;
• Advertising and marketing services;
• 3D modeling and multimedia product development;
• Technical implementation, public and corporate system support and maintenance;
• Designing and developing intelligent electronics in IoT: from PCB designing to assemblage, laboratory tests and delivering large-scale lots;
• Research and publishing activities.

Our company’s experience and capabilities allow us to cover the entire project life cycle, from technical design to implementation and maintenance. It is important to note that MOLNET works in close collaboration with scientific and academic communities of leading Russian universities, such as Lomonosov Moscow State University, Russian Academy of Sciences, The Kurchatov Institute and many others. The staff includes five Doctors of Science and five Candidates of Science.

Our customers are federal and regional authorities, as well as various state and commercial organizations. Our Company has all the licenses necessary to work within the Russian legislation (telematic communication services, production of protection means for confidential information) as well as its own certified server platform for developing and operating information systems and software applications.
